Elizabeth O. Segal, M.D.
received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Colorado. She completed her residency at the Washington University / Barnes Hospital Ophthalmology program in St. Louis, Missouri which is regarded as one of the best Ophthalmology programs in the country. She is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She has lived in Frederick County for more than twenty years and was previously in solo practice before joining Maryland Vision Institute in 2016. She has a very successful surgical practice and has done thousands of micro-surgical procedures.
